服務內容| About the Program
為支持本校研究人員投稿Open Access（OA）期刊，提高文章能見度與提升個人學術影響力，國立陽明交通大學與 Wiley出版社簽訂 轉型協議，凡於2024年至2027年投稿至出Wiley版社的混合型（Hybrid）期刊，可免付期刊論文處理費（Article Processing Charge, APC），歡迎多加利用！
To support OA publishing, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University has entered into a transformative agreement with Wiley. Under this agreement, articles published in Wiley’s hybrid journals between 2024 and 2027 are exempt from Article Processing Charges (APCs). Researchers are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to enhance their academic impact.
符合投稿優惠條件| Eligibility
- 通訊作者必須為陽明交通大學所屬機構人員。
The corresponding author must be an affiliated member of NYCU. - 文章被接受日期（Accepted Date）介於2024/1/1-2027/12/31期間。
The manuscript must be accepted between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2027.

為支持本校研究人員以 Open Access 形式發表研究成果，
To support Open Access publishing, NYCU Library has partnered with Wiley to provide a 2% APC discount for eligible corresponding authors publishing in Wiley Gold Open Access (Fully OA) journals.
符合投稿優惠條件| Eligibility
- 通訊作者必須為陽明交通大學所屬機構人員。
The corresponding author must be an affiliated member of NYCU. - 投稿時須於系統內正確填寫所屬機構為 National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University
The affiliation National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University must be correctly entered during submission. - 本優惠僅適用於 Wiley Gold Open Access（Fully OA）期刊

付款方式說明| Payment Information
本方案之 APC 付款作業將由 Wiley 在台灣的授權合作夥伴: EBSCO International, Inc. Taiwan Branch（美商博科外文資訊股份有限公司台灣分公司）協助處理。
APC payments are handled by EBSCO Taiwan.
- 僅接受新臺幣（TWD）匯款作為付款方式
Payment by bank transfer in TWD only. - 可開立抬頭完整之統一發票，以供校內經費核銷使用
Official uniform invoice available for reimbursement. - 研究人員於後續投稿或付款流程中，若接獲來自 EBSCO 台灣分公司的聯繫、付款通知或匯款資訊，係屬 Wiley 正式授權之在台合作服務安排，並非詐騙，敬請安心配合相關作業。
