										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">如果看過《料理鼠王》，大概都記得那個經典設定。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">小米（Remy）是真正懂料理的那一個，小林（Alfredo Linguini）站在廚房裡，卻得靠躲在廚師帽裡的小米指揮，才有辦法端出一道道令人驚豔的料理；如果只看端上桌的成品，小林的廚藝簡直突飛猛進。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">但換個問題：<strong>那些料理變得更好了，小林自己也真的變得更會做菜了嗎？</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">如果有一天，小米不能跟著進廚房，小林必須自己面對食材、火候和評審，答案可能就沒那麼簡單；生成式 AI 進入學習現場後，我們似乎也遇到了很類似的問題：作業可以寫得更快、答案更完整、成果看起來更漂亮。但這些變好的，究竟是我們的「作品」，還是我們自己的「能力」？</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>上次陪你做研究問：佐為消失之後，還剩下什麼？</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">之前在《用 AI 工具寫作會變笨嗎？》中，我們談過一項很有意思的研究。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">當時的實驗讓學生先自行寫作，再使用 ChatGPT 協助，最後重新拿掉 AI、讓學生自己完成任務。結果發現，即使 AI 離場，學生短時間內仍可能保留一些學習上的改善。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">所以當時我們借用了《棋靈王》的故事：佐為很強，但真正重要的，不只是佐為替進藤光贏下多少盤棋，而是兩人一起下棋的過程中，有多少東西慢慢留在了進藤光身上。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">那篇文章最後其實還留下一個問題：<strong>短時間內留下來的效果，如果把時間拉長，又會怎麼樣？</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">這次，一份 2026 年的研究剛好提供了另一個觀察角度；Strömberg、Lei 與 Wu 追蹤了 <strong>26,811 名中國七至十二年級學生長達 30 個月</strong>，同時觀察他們使用生成式 AI 後的作業成績、作業完成時間，以及閉卷考試表現。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">而其中有一張圖，特別值得拿出來回應這個懸而未解的問題。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>同樣用了 AI，差別可能在於你還有沒有「自己學」</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">研究的 Figure 5 把學生完成作業所花的時間，與作業成績、考試成績放在一起比較。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">結果出現了一個很有意思的現象：部分使用 AI 的學生，可以把原本需要更久時間完成的作業，大幅壓縮到大約 20 至 45 分鐘，同時還拿到很高的作業分數，這看起來簡直是效率大提升。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">可是到了沒有 AI 可以協助的閉卷考試，這群學生的表現卻明顯比較差。研究者認為，這種「作業時間很短、作業分數很高、考試成績卻偏低」的模式，與 <strong>homework outsourcing（作業外包）</strong> 相符。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">但真正有意思的是另一群學生，在大約 <strong>50 至 65 分鐘</strong>這個區段，使用 AI 與沒有使用 AI 的學生，完成作業所投入的時間開始接近；這時候，使用 AI 的學生作業成績仍然比較高，但他們的考試表現，已經和投入相近時間的非 AI 使用者大致相似。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">換句話說，這篇研究最值得我們注意的，也許不是一句簡單的：「使用 AI 會讓人學不好。」而是另一個更麻煩的問題：<strong>AI 幫你省下來的，到底是學習歷程的哪一段時間？</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>AI </strong><strong>可以幫你做作業，但別把「學習」也一起省掉了</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">假設原本一道題目需要一個小時，你可能會卡住、翻回前面的內容、想不起某個概念、試一種方法發現不對，再換另一種方式；這種歷程從「把作業做完」來看，都是些很沒效率的步驟；如果把問題交給 AI，三十秒之後得到完整答案，確實快多了。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">但問題就在這裡！那些看起來「浪費時間」的卡關、回想、嘗試與修正，本來就可能是學習的一部分。過去關於 practice testing、retrieval practice 等學習策略的研究，也一再指出，主動從記憶中提取、嘗試回答與修正錯誤，對長期記憶與理解具有重要作用（Dunlosky et al., 2013; Roediger &amp; Karpicke, 2006）。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">所以，AI 幫你縮短作業時間本身不一定是問題，真正值得問的是：</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>它省掉的是重複性的工作，還是連原本應該由你自己完成的思考也一起省掉了？</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">當然，這份研究中，並沒有記錄學生究竟怎麼和 AI 對話，因此也無法宣稱，花 50 至 65 分鐘的學生一定是在和 AI 討論、反覆追問或反芻問題；但從學習的角度來看，它至少提醒了一件事：<strong>使用 AI，不代表一定要把自己從學習歷程裡拿掉。</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">你可以先提出自己的理解，再讓 AI 找漏洞；可以要求它不要直接給答案，而是一步一步提示；也可以和它比較不同解法、追問「為什麼」，甚至在關掉 AI 之後，再自己重新說一次；這些做法可能沒有「直接拿答案」那麼快，可是你還在思考，你還在掌廚。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>AI </strong><strong>可以是小米，但不要把自己變成端盤子的人</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">對大學生與研究生來說，生成式 AI 當然可以成為很好的學習夥伴，它可以幫我們整理陌生概念、比較不同觀點、檢查論述、模擬提問，甚至在卡住的時候提供另一條思考路徑。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">可是如果每次遇到問題，都只是走到 AI 這台「答案 ATM」前面：輸入題目、領出答案、整理一下，再把成果交出去 — 任務確實可能完成得愈來愈快，只是能力不一定也跟著存進自己的學習帳戶。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">先前陪你做研究文章所問的是：<strong>AI 離場之後，你還剩下什麼？</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">這次，也許可以再補上一個問題：<strong>AI 還在場的時候，你又留下多少事情讓自己做？</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">小米留在廚房裡並不是壞事，重要的是，小林有沒有趁小米在身邊的時候，自己學著辨認食材、掌握火候，慢慢理解為什麼這道菜應該這樣做？因為總會有一些時候，像是考試、口試、簡報、研究討論，甚至真正需要自己做判斷的那一刻 － <strong>小米是不能跟著進場。</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">到了那個時候，真正留下來的，才是自己的能力；所以，下次打開 AI 之前，也許可以先問問自己：<strong>今天，我是在掌廚，還是只是在外場端盤子？</strong></span></p>

<h2>從 Difference-in-Differences 看計量方法的跨學科可能</h2>
<p>有些研究方法，大概天生自帶「異世界轉生」體質，尤其是計量與量化分析的方法；經濟學會用數據與模型研究政策和市場，圖書資訊學也有自己的文獻計量與資訊計量傳統；到了資料科學、資訊系統或其他實證研究領域，我們同樣會看到研究者利用統計模型，處理比較、變化與效果判斷的問題。</p>
<p data-start="1028" data-end="1119">這些領域不是在使用同一種「計量學」工具，但它們有一個很有意思的共同點：<strong data-start="1060" data-end="1119">當研究問題開始變成「差多少、為什麼有差、這個改變究竟造成了什麼」，不同學科發展出的分析方法，就有可能彼此借用。</strong></p>
<p data-start="1124" data-end="1225">不過方法轉生，沒有「保留前世等級」這種福利。換一個研究場景，資料怎麼產生、誰能跟誰比、原本的假設還成不成立，都得重新檢查。否則看起來像把神技帶進新地圖，實際上可能只是把不適合的模型成功裝到另一份資料上。</p>
<p data-start="1230" data-end="1429">Difference-in-Differences（DiD，差異中的差異法）就是一個很適合拿來看這件事的方法。它原本是經濟學實證研究中常見的因果推論方法，而 Callaway 與 Sant’Anna 的 <em data-start="1332" data-end="1386">Difference-in-Differences with Multiple Time Periods</em>，又把問題往前推了一步：如果改變不是同時發生，而是有人先、有人後，我們到底該怎麼比較？</p>
<h2>DiD 在問的，其實是一個很日常的問題</h2>
<p>先不管公式，假設某項政策今年開始實施，實施前的數值是 70，之後變成 80。最直覺的說法大概是：「很好，政策效果 +10。」但事情通常沒有這麼乾脆；同一段時間裡，景氣可能變了、人口結構可能變了，甚至資料蒐集方式都可能改過。只把政策前後直接相減，我們其實不知道那個「+10」有多少真的應該算在政策頭上。</p>
<p>經典 DiD 因此多加一層比較：除了看接受處理的一組前後怎麼變，也看沒有接受處理的一組，在同一段時間怎麼變；如果沒有政策時，兩組原本的變化具有可比較性，那麼處理組額外多出來的變化，才比較有資格被解讀成處理效果。這也是 DiD 最核心的比較邏輯。</p>
<p>所以它真正逼研究者回答的，不只是「前後差多少」，而是：</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>我憑什麼相信，這兩組可以拿來比較？</strong></p>
<h2>麻煩的是，真實世界很少一起按下開始鍵</h2>
<p>經典 DiD 的世界相對整齊：兩組、兩個時間點，一組接受處理，一組當作對照組；不過，現實世界可沒有那個好說話！政策可能分年上路，不同機構可能在不同時間加入方案。Callaway 與 Sant’Anna 關注的，就是這種多時間點，而且不同單位在不同時間接受處理的情況。更具體地說，他們處理的是交錯式採用（staggered adoption）：一個單位一旦開始接受處理，之後就持續處於處理狀態。</p>
<p>原論文屬於經濟學研究，並以最低工資與青少年就業作為應用案例；但如果暫時把研究主題放到旁邊，只看問題的結構，就會發現這種情況未必只會出現在政策研究；例如，不同學校可能分批採用新的教學方案；不同資訊系統陸續上線某項功能；不同設備也可能在不同月份切換新的流程。</p>
<p>這些不是 Callaway 與 Sant’Anna 原文提出的應用案例，而是順著這套計量方法處理的問題結構，往其他研究場景延伸來看；領域不同，資料也不同，但問題很像：<strong data-start="1983" data-end="2018">有人先改，有人晚一點改；而我們想知道，改變之後到底發生了什麼。</strong>這也是計量方法能夠跨學科旅行的原因之一：不同領域不一定共享同一套資料，卻可能共享相似的比較問題。</p>
<h2>已經轉職的人，還能當新手對照嗎？</h2>
<p>分批接受處理之後，另一個麻煩就出現了！假設 A 地區三月開始實施政策，B 地區五月才開始。到了五月，如果分析過程還把已經接受政策兩個月的 A，拿來作為剛開始接受政策的 B 的比較基準，這個「對照」就沒有表面上那麼單純。</p>
<p>這也是多期 DiD 特別需要小心的地方，在處理時間不同、處理效果又可能隨時間改變的情況下，常見的雙向固定效果模型（Two-Way Fixed Effects, TWFE）可能混合不同類型的比較，讓最後得到的係數不容易直接解讀成我們原本想知道的處理效果。Callaway 與 Sant’Anna 因此選擇先把不同群組、不同時間的效果拆開來看。</p>
<p>這裡可以簡單記住一個重點：<strong>模型給你一個數字，不代表那個數字剛好回答了你的研究問題。</strong></p>
<h2>先別急著抓平均：哪一批、哪個時間？</h2>
<p>Callaway 與 Sant’Anna 的做法，有一個很值得借鏡的流程：</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>先不要急著把所有接受處理的單位揉成一個平均。</strong></p>
<p>他們先按照「第一次接受處理的時間」分組，再觀察不同群組在不同時間的處理效果，也就是論文所說的 group-time average treatment effect，ATT(g,t)；為什麼要這麼麻煩？<strong>因為效果不一定立刻出現，也不一定每一批都一樣</strong>。有些措施需要一段時間才開始發揮效果；有些可能剛開始最明顯，後面逐漸減弱；不同時間加入的群組，也可能有不同的結果。</p>
<p>所以研究者可以先看這些差異，再依照真正想回答的問題決定怎麼彙整。原論文也特別指出，不同的彙整( aggregation )方式可以用來觀察不同群組、接受處理時間長短或不同日曆時間下的效果變化，沒有一種彙整方式適合所有研究問題。</p>
<p>簡單說：<strong>先別急著問「平均有沒有效」，先看看是哪一批、什麼時候，以及效果有沒有改變。</strong></p>
<h2>方法可以轉生，但世界觀設定不能省略</h2>
<p>看到這裡，可能會有人想：既然我的資料也是「有人先改、有人後改」，是不是就可以直接套 DiD？</p>
<p>沒有這麼方便，Callaway 與 Sant’Anna 處理的是特定的交錯式採用（staggered adoption）情境：不同單位在不同時間接受處理，而且一旦接受處理，之後持續維持處理狀態；更重要的還有 DiD 的核心條件之一：平行趨勢；它不是要求兩組的數值一模一樣，而是要求：<strong>如果沒有接受處理，兩組原本的結果變化必須具有可比較性。</strong></p>
<p>問題就在於，「如果沒有接受處理，結果會怎麼變」本來就是我們看不到的反事實。因此，這個假設需要研究設計、處理前資料與研究背景來支持，不是只要手上剛好有兩組前後資料，就自動過關。</p>
<p>所以把一套方法帶進另一個學科之前，不能只問：「我的資料長得像不像？」</p>
<p>還要問：「這套方法原本成立的條件，在我的研究裡還站得住嗎？」</p>
<h2>陪你做研究的最後</h2>
<p>跨學科使用計量方法，最有意思的地方，不只是多學一個模型。以這篇 DiD 研究來說，它真正值得借走的，是一套把比較問清楚的方式：</p>
<p data-start="2403" data-end="2432"><strong data-start="2403" data-end="2432">誰跟誰比？什麼時候比？這個差異真的可以這樣解釋嗎？</strong></p>
<p data-start="2437" data-end="2503">從經濟學走到教育、資訊系統，甚至其他具有類似資料結構的研究場景，資料內容會變，方法成立的條件也得重新檢查，但這些問題並沒有因此消失。</p>

<p><strong>我們看到的研究，真的來自可信的學術期刊嗎？</strong></p>
<p>提到「期刊可信度」，許多人首先想到的是投稿時如何避免誤投掠奪性期刊（Predatory Journals）。但事實上，判斷期刊是否可信，不僅攸關研究成果的發表，也直接影響我們閱讀文獻、引用研究以及建立學術觀點的品質。</p>
<p>對研究者而言，這是一項投稿前的重要功課；對學生與一般讀者而言，則是資訊素養的重要能力。</p>
<p><strong>為什麼閱讀研究時也需要注意期刊可信度？</strong></p>
<p>在閱讀學術文獻時，我們往往容易因為論文格式完整、使用專業術語，便認為其研究結果具有高度可信性。然而，並非所有期刊都採用嚴謹的同儕審查制度，也不是所有研究都經過相同程度的學術把關。</p>
<p>若引用來源品質不佳的研究，可能導致：</p>
<p>使用尚未充分驗證的研究結果。<br />
誤將個別案例視為普遍結論。<br />
在文獻回顧中納入品質存疑的證據。<br />
影響研究判斷與後續研究方向。</p>
<p>尤其在醫學、教育、公共政策等領域，研究結果往往可能進一步影響實務決策，因此辨識期刊可信度更顯重要。</p>
<p><strong>評估研究內容時，除了注重「研究說了什麼」，也應該重視「這項研究是發表在哪裡」。</strong></p>
<p>為什麼投稿時更需要審慎評估？對研究者而言，期刊選擇同樣十分重要。如果投稿至缺乏正常審查機制的期刊，可能產生下列問題：</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>找到很多文獻之後，我們還看得見答案如何形成嗎？</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Google Scholar </strong><strong>找到很多結果，Deep Research 也生成了一份引用完整的報告，文獻就算找齊了嗎？恐怕沒有這麼簡單。</strong></p>
<p>針對同一個研究問題，即使採用相同的檢索策略，在不同資料庫或檢索引擎中，也可能得到不同的檢索結果、核心文獻與主要作者。搜尋結果雖然很多，但卻不代表已涵蓋研究問題的所有面向，就像是每份報告皆附有參考文獻，但卻不代表每一篇資料都具有相同的參考價值。</p>
<p>在AI時代中，當研究者逐漸把文獻蒐集與整理的工作交給 AI，我們更應理解：學術搜尋系統各自看見了什麼，又遺漏了什麼？</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>在哪裡搜尋，本來就是研究方法的一部分</strong></span></p>
<p>Gusenbauer（2022）比較 56 種學術搜尋系統，發現各平台在學科涵蓋、資料規模與檢索功能上存在明顯差異。若研究者已經知道要找哪一篇文獻，使用收錄紀錄較多、涵蓋學科較廣的學術搜尋系統，通常較容易定位該篇文獻，並進一步取到全文；探索新主題時，則需要能支援引用追蹤與延伸發現的系統，而系統性搜尋還是必須搭配多個綜合性與專業資料庫。</p>
<p>因此，沒有一個資料庫能同時適合所有研究目的。同一個詞彙在醫學、工程或社會科學中，也可能指向不同概念，需要不同的同義詞、控制詞彙與專業資料來源作為輔助。因此，<strong>選擇在哪個資料庫進行搜尋，不僅是涉及操作上的便利性，也會影響研究者最後看見的知識範圍。</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>每個資料來源，都畫出不同版本的學術世界</strong></span></p>
<p>Visser、van Eck 與 Waltman（2021）比較 Scopus、Web of Science、Dimensions、Crossref 與 Microsoft Academic 等資料來源，發現這些系統收錄的資料，在年代、學科、文件類型及引用連結的完整性上各有差異。</p>
<p>但作者並未選出一個「最好的資料庫」，而是強調：理想的書目資料環境應同時具備廣泛的文獻涵蓋，以及能依研究目的進行選擇的彈性篩選機制。多搜尋一個資料庫，意義不只是增加結果筆數，也可能補入原先平台上所欠缺的書籍、會議論文、預印本或特定學科成果。</p>
<p>換句話說：<strong>搜尋結果並不是學術世界本身，而是某個資料來源所呈現出來的學術概貌。</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>開放索引，讓更多研究進入視野</strong></span></p>
<p>資料來源的差異，也會影響哪些國家、地區與出版模式能被看見。</p>
<p>Maddi、Maisonobe 與 Boukacem-Zeghmouri（2025）以 Directory of Open Access Scholarly Resources (ROAD) 收錄的 62,701 種現行開放取用期刊為比較基準。以 2024 年 5 月的資料而言，OpenAlex 收錄其中 34,217 種，WoS 收錄 6,157 種，Scopus 則收錄 7,351 種；另有近 2.5 萬種 OA 期刊只出現在 OpenAlex。</p>
<p>這項結果並不表示 OpenAlex 已經完整無缺。研究同時發現，三個索引系統仍各有地區與學科代表性的差異。這份結果提醒我們的是：開放索引能讓更多區域性、開放取用及未進入傳統核心索引的成果獲得能見度。</p>
<p>因此，不宜將開放索引與商業資料庫簡化成「品質較差」與「品質較好」的對立。研究者需要的不是尋找唯一正確的平台，而是理解不同來源的收錄範圍與特性，以及它們可以如何互補。</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>被找到的論文，不一定具有相同的證據價值</strong></span></p>
<p>然而，擴大搜尋範圍後，新的問題隨即出現：搜尋到的文獻，是否都值得成為研究的基礎？</p>
<p>Parker、Boughton、Bero 與 Byrne（2024）指出，論文工廠( paper mills )會透過製造虛假稿件及販售作者資格牟利，而且已有數以千計的相關稿件成功刊登於經同儕審查的期刊，但許多研究者與讀者仍不熟悉其辨識方式。</p>
<p>當然，這項研究並非表示同儕審查失去價值，而是提醒我們：<strong>同儕審查是重要的品質控制機制，卻不是絕對的品質保證。</strong></p>
<p>文獻正式出版於哪本期刊、是否具有 DOI 或被其他研究引用，都不能取代對研究方法、樣本、資料透明度、研究限制，以及更正與撤稿狀態的檢查。多篇文章得到相似結果，也不一定代表證據更強，若其中混入來自論文工廠的文獻或研究誠信存疑的文獻，就更需要逐篇檢查其資料、方法與研究誠信的狀態。</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>當這些工作交給 AI Agent，問題會消失嗎？</strong></span></p>
<p>隨著AI Agent 的興起，文獻檢索可能不再侷限於單一平台，而是能跨越商業資料庫、專業資料庫、開放學術索引與 Open Web，自動辨識研究語境、展開同義詞、去除重複資料等步驟，並於獲取檢索結果後，將大量內容整理集結成結構完整的報告。</p>
<p>這樣的發展，確實可能讓研究者在文獻回顧上，找得更廣、整理得更快。但當數千篇資料被濃縮成幾段流暢的文字，另一種更難察覺的資訊過載也可能悄悄地出現，面對以下問題，研究者是否仍有能力回答？</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">是否知道 AI 實際搜尋過哪些來源？<br />
AI 使用了哪些概念與條件，又排除了哪些資料？<br />
不同研究設計、審查狀態與可信程度的文獻，經過 AI 摘要後，是否會看起來具有相同分量？<br />
如果品質不佳、已被撤稿的或研究誠信存疑的文章，藏進長長的參考文獻清單中，使用者是否仍能察覺？<br />
即使 AI 沒有捏造引用，仍可能把原本差異很大的證據，整理成語氣一致、看似已有共識的結論。</p>
<p><strong>AI </strong><strong>時代不缺整理好的文字，真正稀缺的是能看見問題如何被發現、答案如何形成。</strong></p>
<h2><span style="font-size: 18pt;">從最小可行的改變開始</span></h2>
<p>建立負責任的 AI 使用或協作習慣，不一定只存在於複雜的研究流程中，最容易實踐的做法，是先把基本規範寫進像是 ChatGPT 等工具的自訂指令中，例如要求 AI 在引用外部資料或研究資料時，清楚標示作者、年份、題名、期刊、DOI 或連結，並以如 APA格式列出參考文獻。這樣的做法，多少能提醒使用者：一段看似完整的回答，仍應有可以回頭查證的來源。</p>
<p>進一步來說，使用者可以把常用的資料整理或蒐集的提示詞，彙整成固定可沿用架構的提示詞、範本或 Skill，例如限定年代、語言、文獻類型與研究設計等，並要求 AI 分開呈現搜尋結果、篩選依據與彙整結論。與其每次臨時下指令，不如建立一套可重複使用的檢索與彙整流程，讓不同批次的結果更容易比較，也降低因不同提示詞作用，造成 AI 每次提供的結果有過多差異的風險。</p>
<p>不同工具也可以負責不同階段。AI工具所提供的 Deep Research 或AI Agent ，適合協助跨來源蒐集與初步整理；取得全文後，則可透過 NotebookLM 等以指定資料為基礎的 RAG 工具進行摘要、比較與提問。但無論使用哪一種工具，都應確認回答是否能回指原文、引用是否正確，以及 AI 是否曲解了作者的論證。</p>
<p>最重要的仍是 Human-in-the-Loop，也就是讓研究者持續參與判斷。凡是準備納入分析、支撐論點或列入參考文獻的資料，都應回到原文逐篇確認。研究者必須自己閱讀、理解並形成判斷，才能進一步與 AI 追問、比較和討論，而不是直接接受生成結果。</p>
<p><strong>AI </strong><strong>可以協助搜尋、整理與比較，但不能取代研究者理解文獻的過程，唯有經過人的閱讀、判斷與確認，引用的文獻才真正禁得起檢驗。</strong></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">截至 2026 年，廣泛使用的線上協作 LaTeX 編輯器 Overleaf 現已將多項人工智慧（AI）工具集整合至其平台中，旨在協助研究人員、教師與學生大幅提升學術論文與技術文件的撰寫效率。這些功能主要透過 Overleaf 團隊開發的 LaTeX AI Assistant（TeXGPT）以及 Writefull 技術來驅動。概述 Overleaf 平台目前所提供之 AI 輔助功能、多人協作機制，及其相關之使用限制與資料隱私規範。</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1.AI 輔助工具概述</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">「標準版（Standard）」可使用完整的 AI 寫作與程式碼輔助工具。需留意，標準版提供之每日 10 次 AI 使用額度為各項 AI 工具合併計算。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">① LaTeX 表格與方程式生成器：使用者可透過上傳圖片或輸入文字提示，自動生成 LaTeX 表格與方程式之程式碼，降低手動編碼之耗時。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">② TeXGPT 程式碼與寫作助手：作為內建於編輯器之 AI 輔助工具，其主要功能包含生成圖表程式碼、建立文件大綱與基礎架構、提供寫作反饋，以及協助格式排版之修正。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">③ LaTeX 錯誤排解輔助 (Error Assistance)：針對文件編譯錯誤，該工具可解釋 LaTeX 程式碼之錯誤原因、提供修正建議，並允許使用者選擇自動套用修正。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">④ Writefull 學術語言反饋：採用經學術論文訓練之語言模型，提供符合上下文情境的文法、拼寫、字詞選擇與句型結構建議。該功能亦支援多國語言（含中文、西班牙文、德文等）之文本檢查。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">⑤ AI 改寫與上下文編輯工具：功能涵蓋選定文本之改寫、長段落摘要生成、同義詞檢查，以及論文摘要與標題之自動生成。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>📌</strong>此外，可透過 Grammarly 瀏覽器擴充功能（browser extension）（<a href="https://news.lib.nycu.edu.tw/researches/check-in-overleaf-with-grammarly/">安裝操作步驟</a>），在 Overleaf 中提供英文文法與拼字檢查，以及文字潤飾與語氣調整等寫作輔助功能。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">總而言之，將AI Assistant 視為「搭建文章骨架與基礎程式碼」的幫手，將 Error Assistance 當作「程式碼除錯員」，但千萬別忘了還有負責「優化文章血肉（文字與語句）」的 Writefull，以及處理複雜版面的生成器。這四者的結合，才是 Overleaf 完整的 AI 輔助核心概念。</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2.協作功能之運作與限制</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Overleaf 支援多人協同編輯功能，其協作者邀請人數與權限配置具備特定規範： 協作者限制以「專案」為單位：協作者人數上限係針對單一專案計算。以標準版為例，單一專案至多可邀請 10 位協作者，且不同專案之協作者名單可為獨立編制。</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3.資料隱私與資訊安全規範</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">針對學術研究所需之隱私保護，Overleaf 提出以下 AI 使用與資料安全規範：</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">① 數據非訓練聲明：官方聲明指出，未經使用者同意，專案資料與互動內容不會被用於訓練 AI 模型。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">② 使用者控制權與第三方服務：部分功能（如 Error Assist 或 Writefull 之 GPT 模型）若需調用第三方服務（如 OpenAI），系統將於首次使用時徵求使用者同意。此外，使用者可於帳號設定中自行停用 AI 輔助功能。</span></p>

<p>然而，搜尋引擎的排序機制並不是以「資訊是否正確」作為唯一依據。理解搜尋結果是如何產生的，也是資訊素養教育中相當重要的一環。</p>
<p><strong>搜尋排名不等於資訊品質</strong></p>
<p>Google 的搜尋目標，是盡可能提供使用者認為有幫助的內容。搜尋排名會綜合考量許多因素，例如網頁內容與關鍵字的相關程度、網站權威性、網頁更新狀況、使用者互動訊號，以及部分個人化因素。</p>
<p>因此，搜尋結果第一名所代表的，通常是演算法判斷「大多數使用者較可能點閱」或「較符合一般需求」的內容，而不一定是證據最充分、最適合特定情境使用的資訊。</p>
<p>以學術研究為例，研究生搜尋統計分析方法時，可能希望找到原始研究、方法論文獻或專業教材，但搜尋結果前幾名有時會是商業課程網站、部落格教學文章或影音內容。這些資源未必沒有參考價值，但使用目的不同，適用性也會有所差異。</p>
<p><strong>我們容易受到搜尋結果排序的影響</strong></p>
<p>資訊科學領域將這種現象稱為<strong>位置偏誤（position bias）</strong>。</p>
<p>研究指出，使用者往往會認為排序靠前的結果較可信，也較值得點選，即使較後面的資訊品質可能更高。這種依賴排序位置進行判斷的傾向，在資訊量龐大的環境中特別常見，因為排名能協助人們快速縮小選擇範圍，降低搜尋成本。</p>
<p>然而，過度依賴排序，也可能讓我們忽略其他值得閱讀的來源。</p>
<p><strong>搜尋結果也會受到商業因素影響</strong></p>
<p>搜尋引擎最佳化（Search Engine Optimization, SEO）已成為許多網站的重要策略。透過內容設計、技術調整及外部連結經營，網站可以提高出現在搜尋結果前段的位置。</p>
<p>這並不表示排名較前的網站資訊一定不正確，但提醒我們：搜尋排序反映的是演算法評估的結果，而不是學術審查制度。</p>
<p>特別是在健康資訊、財務建議或教育資源等領域，建議讀者多比較不同來源，並留意資訊提供者的背景、發布日期以及是否引用原始研究。</p>
<p><strong>圖書館員建議的搜尋習慣</strong></p>
<p>如果希望提高資訊判斷品質，可以嘗試以下幾個做法：</p>
<p><strong>一、不要只閱讀第一筆結果</strong></p>
<p>建議至少瀏覽前三至五筆搜尋結果，觀察不同來源之間是否存在共通觀點或重要差異。</p>
<p><strong>二、優先尋找原始資料</strong></p>
<p>若文章提及「研究指出」、「專家表示」，可以進一步查詢原始論文、研究報告或官方統計資料。</p>
<p><strong>三、善用進階搜尋功能</strong></p>
<p>例如：</p>

<p>site:nih.gov Alzheimer&#8217;s disease</p>
<p>利用網域限制，可以協助使用者優先找到大學、政府機構或研究單位發布的資訊。</p>

<p>搜尋引擎已成為日常生活中不可或缺的工具，但資訊的排序不等於資訊的品質。對圖書館而言，資訊素養教育的重要目標之一，正是在協助讀者理解演算法如何影響資訊取得的過程，並培養主動評估資訊來源、比較不同觀點與追溯原始資料的能力。</p>
<p>下次使用 Google 搜尋時，不妨多花幾分鐘瀏覽其他搜尋結果。或許會發現，<strong>最適合自己的答案，未必總是在第一個位置。</strong></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2>－從數位文化殖民到 AI 輸出後的詮釋責任</h2>
<p>AI 已經深入研究日常，幫忙整理文獻、摘要資料、比較觀點，想必各位大概已經練就反射動作：先看有沒有 AI 幻覺的影子；畢竟 AI 幻覺一旦出現在你的研究或是參考文獻裡，輕則尷尬，重則可能讓你在口試現場體驗學術版社死，投稿時也徒增不必要的風險。</p>
<p>不過這篇文章，想要稍微討論另一個比較不明顯的問題：如果AI持續進步，AI 幻覺是否就越來越少，那現在所面對的問題是不是就解決了？這個答案可能是「不一定」；因為有些風險並非來自 AI一本正經地胡說八道，而是AI把本來就不平衡的資料世界，彙整成一個看起來十分中肯的論述架構。</p>
<p>AI 幻覺比較像是個跳出來 嚇人的怪獸，仔細檢查都還能夠發現，但偏誤相對更麻煩，它猶如穿著西裝進場，語氣禮貌、條理清楚，還幫你分好三點摘要，但卻字字暗藏玄機。</p>
<h2>數位文化平台，不一定等於世界文化全貌</h2>
<p>Kizhner 等人（2021）研究 Google Arts &amp; Culture 這類大型數位文化內容聚合平台，提出一個值得注意的概念：數位文化殖民（digital cultural colonialism）；Google Arts &amp; Culture 讓大量藝術與文化內容更容易被接觸，這當然有其價值，不過，當一個平台看起來像「世界文化入口」時，人們可能容易忽略一個事實：<strong>這個平台其實也是一個被選擇、被排序、被聚合後的文化呈現</strong>。</p>
<p>Kizhner 等人的研究指出，這類平台中的內容分布並不完全平衡，有些國家、機構、城市與文化類型被更充分地呈現，有些文化則相對缺席，或只以較單薄的方式出現；這樣的安排並非基於某種惡意，而可能與參與機構、數位化政策、開放近用條件、國家資源差異、中心城市優勢等的因素使然，當然也與平台本身的編輯與聚合邏輯有關。</p>
<p>也就是說， 這些資料背後存有更深一層的問題：哪些文化被允許以複雜、多元、有歷史層次的樣子出現？哪些文化只被壓縮成幾個容易辨識的標籤？</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">有些文化被寫成歷史，有些文化被寫成風格。<br />
有些文化被寫成理論，有些文化被寫成素材。<br />
有些文化被允許複雜，有些文化只被允許「很有特色」。</p>
<p>這就不是單純的資料量問題，而是資料如何影響與塑造觀看角度的問題。</p>
<h2>AI 不是直接讀世界，而是讀資料裡的世界</h2>
<p>當我們使用 AI 整理資料、檔案內容或文獻觀點時，AI 並不是從一個完全中立的位置開始理解資料。它能整理出什麼，往往取決於它接觸過哪些資料、哪些資料比較容易被看見、哪些觀點在既有資料中本來就比較強勢。換句話說，如果資料環境本身已經帶有偏向，AI 在處理資料時，就可能順著這些偏向繼續整理下去，甚至再產生另一層偏誤。更何況，資料本身早就可能有中心與邊陲，有被反覆放大的聲音，也有一開始就比較沉默、比較難被看見的部分。</p>
<p>Kizhner 等人的研究雖然聚焦於數位文化聚合平台，而不是今日一般研究者使用的生成式 AI，但他們提醒了一件很關鍵的事：數位文化殖民與主流知識體系，不只會影響文化資產的研究與取用，也可能影響建立在既有數位資訊環境上的機器學習方法，進一步強化與放大偏誤。換句話說，如果資料環境本身已經不平衡，後續 AI 的整理、分類、推薦或生成，也不會自動變得中立。</p>
<p>但這並非是說 AI 技術一定會存有歧視，也不是說這些平台都帶有惡意，而是：AI 可能會繼承資料世界裡已經存在的偏差，然後用非常流暢的語言，把它整理成看似合理的答案。</p>
<p>這種偏誤不一定很明確，它可能只是把某些特定觀點放在中心，弱化另一個文化觀點；把某些知識寫成標準，把另一些知識寫成例外；把殖民、遷移、掠奪與權力關係，寫成聽起來很中性的「交流」或「影響」；AI提供的結果不一定是幻覺，但它可能已經帶有某種既定觀點。</p>
<h2>要注意的是錯置的詮釋框架</h2>
<p>因此研究者在審視 AI 輸出時，不能只注意：「AI有沒有講錯或是產生幻覺？」，更要注意：「它可能是從怎樣的視角，進行這件事或這個主題的陳述？」</p>
<p>所以，當我們透過 AI 整理一批文化資料時，使用者應該再多追問：</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">這些資料是否把某些文化寫得很有歷史層次，卻把另一些文化寫得像單一風格？<br />
資料中是否把某些地區固定成傳統、神祕、異國、地方色彩？<br />
是否把資料缺席誤寫成文化本身不重要？<br />
是否把特定的理論框架，當成可以套用到所有文化的普遍標準？</p>
<p>這些問題並非額外加上政治正確的檢查，而是提升自我研究意識的基本動作，因為在研究裡，偏誤最麻煩的地方，不一定是它明顯錯，偏誤甚至可能有資料根據，整理出來的文句可能通順，甚至看起來很有學術味。但潛藏的問題是這些資料根據本身的出發點是什麼？這套語言又是從怎樣的觀點或地位長出來的？</p>
<p>這也是為什麼 AI 輸出後的人類參與，不應該僅止於「人工確認一下」，HITL（Human-in-the-loop）更不是在最後幫 AI 按一個「看起來沒問題」的讚就了事；真正的人類參與，是在 AI 輸出很順的時候，還能保有警覺，尖銳地追問：這個觀點的基礎，是基於完整的理解，還是某種被過度美化的偏誤？</p>
<h2>檔案脈絡與問責，還是要由人守住</h2>
<p>Colavizza 等人（2021）討論 archives and AI 時提醒，數位轉型讓檔案越來越像大規模資料組織，AI 也開始進入紀錄管理、組織與取用流程。但檔案工作並沒有因此只剩自動化。來源、脈絡、證據性、信任，仍然是核心問題。人類不只是使用機器推理，也要評估機器的評估。</p>
<p>Jaillant 與 Rees（2023）則從 digital archives 的 AI 應用談到信任（trust）、問責（accountability）、控制（control）與偏誤（bias）。研究中提醒，AI 應用不是只需要運算或工具操作能力，也需要領域知識（domain knowledge），也就是理解正在處理的資料或文獻對象。換句話說，你不能只知道怎麼叫 AI 跑，你還要知道它跑過的是些怎樣的資料。</p>
<p>因此並不是要研究人員「不要用 AI」，在這個AI時代，那就像是把學生的 Wi-Fi 拔掉，通常只會引發最真實的怨念，而是再次提醒：使用 AI 的時候，一定要記得回查來源、理解資料的邊界、並盡可能取得更完整的全文與脈絡，也提醒研究者不要把 AI 的整理當成理解的本身，AI 可以幫你整理，但使用者要負責判斷它整理了甚麼？以及整理掉了什麼。</p>
<h2>當 AI agent 學會的是你自己的盲點</h2>
<p>最後，除了上述所提及的資料庫、平台與檔案脈絡偏誤之外，若把這樣的問題延伸到 AI agent 逐漸進入研究流程的趨勢下，或許你會先從幾篇文獻中，自己萃取出觀點與論述，之後把這些觀點和寫作方法整理成 prompt，讓 AI 用這套框架處理另一批資料。甚至再進一步，可能把自己的閱讀偏好、分類習慣、理論語彙、寫作格式與判斷規則，整理成一份 skill.md 或 agent instruction，讓 AI agent 每次都用「更像你」的方式協助研究。</p>
<p>這個趨勢當然方便，對使用者來說，AI 不再像第一天上工的研究助理，而是越來越像熟悉你研究脈絡的夥伴；但也正因如此，這個AI agent可能不只繼承你的效率與聰明，也可能承襲你自身的盲點。</p>
<p>我們常以為 AI 的回覆太過AI，欠缺人味是個缺點，但在不久的研究現場，另一個同樣值得警惕的問題可能是：它太像我們了；當研究生把自己 skill.md 化，AI 可能不只是替你處理更多，也可能是穩定且更有效率地，重複忽視你原本就忽視的東西，如果原本的研究視角裡有盲點，那麼這樣的盲點也可能被一起傳承下來。</p>
<p>所以，真正需要被檢查的，已不只是 AI 有沒有幻覺，也不只是資料集有沒有偏誤。到最後，研究者還要回頭問自己：我交給 AI 的那些資料、那套方法或是提示詞（prompt），究竟是在幫我看見更多，還是在更漂亮地複製我原本的視角？</p>
<p>這才是 AI 輔助研究最難、也最值得深思與練習的地方。</p>
<p>不是不用 AI，而是使用 AI 之後，仍然保有能力追問：「這個答案從哪裡來？它替誰說話？它讓誰消失？」以及，最尷尬但最重要的一題——它是不是正在用我的盲點，幫我整理世界？</p>

<p>生成式人工智慧（GenAI）鋪天蓋地席捲高等教育殿堂，嵌入資料蒐集、研究工作流、出版平臺與校園資訊環境，大學教師正面臨「再專業化」（Reprofessionalisation）的挑戰。我們擔憂學生作業是否由 AI 代寫，為了可能的虛構幻覺而必須逐筆核對參考文獻，誠信危機考驗互信，其中更關心學習歷程是否在自動化中消失。</p>
<p>學者 Daniel S. Harrison 提醒，面對寫作焦慮，引導學生理解「不完美也沒關係」，嘗試、修正、容錯，並且包含文化獨特性，在 AI 看似捷徑的完美中，重塑認知歷程；教師角色也從知識傳授者，轉為學習設計者、人機協作引導者與學術責任把關者。教師-學生-AI，成為三足鼎立的協作關係。</p>
<p>圖書館支援教師啟動轉身術，在混亂的演算法浪潮中，藉由可信與可靠的學術資源服務，為教學與研究提供有人文溫度的靈活策略。</p>
<p><strong>一、</strong><strong>AI </strong><strong>素養遠遠超過工具素養</strong></p>
<p>AI 教學議題容易從特定工具開始：指令怎麼下？如何整理資料？能不能生成考題、講義或簡報？</p>
<p>根據 UNESCO 教師人工智慧素養框架，AI 素養不只是會用工具，而是理解技術、倫理與教學面向，並維持人類能動性、課責與判斷。</p>
<p>AI 可以協助釐清概念、潤飾文字、摘要資料與提供回饋，但不能感知脈絡、開創論點、取代原文理解、承擔來源查證或教育責任。</p>
<p>學術研究與報告就像煮一鍋美味的湯，AI 可以快速洗菜備料（文獻搜尋與歸納分析），但要選用哪種湯底、放入哪些食材、品質好壞、什麼時機下鍋，還有最核心的風味（理論建構與詮釋）掌握在主厨（人類研究者）大腦中。</p>
<p><strong>二、從一刀切的限制轉向區分使用情境</strong></p>
<p>根據 OECD 研究，教師與 AI 的互動可逐步走向協同型。</p>
<p>教師專業性在於搭建鷹架，讓 AI 成為共同思考、共創教材與支援學習的夥伴。教師可依課程生命週期，將AI 引入以下情境：</p>
<ol>
<li>課前準備期：AI 協助彙整資源，減輕結構化的教材開發負擔，利用 AI 快速檢索學術資源、彙整多語系文獻摘要，並為學生量身規劃客製化的閱讀清單與預習材料，更可產生文獻探討的範例，AI 是材料助手；</li>
<li>課堂互動期：生成討論題或展示素材，可由AI 協同設計創新的模擬場景，例如倫理審查委員會及計畫書匿名審查，共創出契合真實學術研究情境的動態教學素材，或例如實證主義 解釋主義的辯論，AI 是打破思考慣性的催化劑；</li>
<li>課後評量階段：AI 負責初級回饋，例如讓 AI 針對作業中結構化的基礎問題，例如語法潤飾、格式排版、程式碼除錯、邏輯分析等，提供即時回饋；而教師主導學術研判與專業決策，把關評判與給分。</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>三、引導、體驗、反思中培養學生</strong><strong> AI </strong><strong>素養</strong></p>
<p>AI 素養不是看完工具演示就能建立，比較有效的方式，是讓學生在具體任務中實際應用，練習倫理、脈絡理解與批判思考。</p>
<p>AI 使用規範可分三層：</p>
<ol>
<li>鼓勵使用：適合於概念釐清、資料整理、腦力激盪、潤飾或摘要；</li>
<li>限制使用：適用於報告初稿、翻譯、程式除錯或初步分析，學生必須標示使用範圍並說明查核與修改；</li>
<li>不宜或禁止使用：例如核心測驗、獨立寫作、口試等需確認學生能力的評量。</li>
</ol>
<p>教師可採引導、體驗、反思三階段，培養不會在技術浪潮中迷失主體能動性的優秀學生：</p>
<ol>
<li>引導：先說明責任邊界與查核要求；</li>
<li>體驗：安排低風險任務，讓學生檢查 AI 是否遺漏限制、誤寫結論或產生錯誤引用；</li>
<li>反思：最後要求學生說明 AI 幫助了什麼、哪些地方不可靠，以及最終判斷如何由自己完成。</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>四、保留慢思考並且重視學習歷程</strong></p>
<p>OECD 提醒，生成式 AI 可能提高短期任務表現，卻不一定帶來深度學習；若學生依賴直接給答案的工具，會繞過深度思考的生產性掙扎（productive struggle），引發後設認知懶惰（metacognitive laziness）與認知投降（cognitive surrender），短期表現看似優異，但實質成效與長期技能卻衰退，而有偽精通（False Mastery）的幻象。</p>
<p>因此，教師可以刻意延遲 AI 介入，例如：</p>
<ol>
<li>閱讀文獻前先寫下題目理解，摘要前先標註研究問題、方法與限制，改寫前先完成自己的初稿；</li>
<li>在研究初期，保留手動操作（如整理文獻、篩選數據、格式引用），建立對文獻脈絡的深層記憶，以及對研究假設的掌握認知：</li>
<li>評量也應從只看最後作品，轉向作品與歷程並重，留下學生初步想法、檢索策略、AI 使用紀錄、修改版本、來源查核與最終反思；</li>
<li>作業連結課堂討論、實驗、臨床、研究室資料或個人經驗，也能降低直接複製通用答案的誘因。</li>
<li>以蘇格拉底式提問引導（scaffolded questioning），以多回合對話讓學生解釋推論、檢查前提，將思考的控制權保留予學生。</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>五、研究指導中的</strong><strong> AI </strong><strong>使用邊界</strong></p>
<p>AI 不只影響課堂，也影響研究指導。</p>
<p>黃意植指出，AI 使用邊界會隨任務結構化程度與詮釋需求而調整。隨著 AI Agent 導入，研究者需要委派任務、設計指令與審查品質。基本原則是：AI 負責執行、整理與重複性任務；人類主導問題界定、理論詮釋、方法選擇、倫理判斷與最終品質保證。</p>
<p>研究指導可落實課責：</p>
<ol>
<li>文獻、DOI、作者、期刊、年份與摘要均須 100% 逐筆回到圖書館資料庫或工具加以驗證，絕對不可用抽樣方式；</li>
<li>依期刊規範記錄並揭露 AI 工具名稱、版本、日期與用途；</li>
<li>未公開數據、敏感個資、智慧財產與審查中資料，不上傳至公開或未授權 AI 系統；</li>
<li>格式、潤飾、摘要與簡報草稿可由 AI 支援，但研究問題、方法、資料解讀、引用取捨與最終品質仍由研究者掌握。</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>六、陽明交大圖書館</strong><strong>AI </strong><strong>素養支持服務</strong></p>
<p>圖書館透過前沿 AI 工具、學科館員諮詢與工作坊，協助教師優化文獻探索、降低生成式 AI 幻覺並提升研究影響力。對於剛踏入學術叢林的研究生，素養奠定更強調資料隱私、偏誤辨識與幻覺查核。</p>
<ol>
<li>於研究起步可善用 <a href="https://mcp.lib.nycu.edu.tw/">NYCU Library MCP</a>、Web of Science Research Assistant、RHN、Research Intelligence、Primo Research Assistant、Scite 等工具，建立較通用型 AI 更可查證的研究起點。</li>
<li>其次，閱讀與知識管理可結合 NotebookLM、EndNote、Zotero 或個人知識庫。</li>
<li>期刊評估、寫作投稿、成果擴散與研究治理，則可搭配 Journal Citation Reports (JCR)、InCites、ESI、ORCID、期刊OA APC 補助、國內《個人資料保護法》、國際科研倫理遵循與 <a href="https://rdm.lib.nycu.edu.tw/">NYCU Dataverse 服務</a>。</li>
<li>針對學生參考文獻，教師可掌握三個問題：文獻是否存在？書目資訊是否比對得到？內容是否支持論點？驗證來源包括：
<ol>
<li><a href="https://nycu.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/search?vid=886UST_NYCU:886UST_NYCU&amp;lang=zh-tw">圖書館探索系統</a>、Crossref、Google Scholar、PubMed、Scite、Web of Science 或出版社網站。</li>
<li>中文參考資料查核，則可優先使用國家圖書館相關系統「臺灣博碩士論文知識加值系統」與「期刊文獻資訊網」，以及「Airiti Library 華藝線上圖書館」、「臺灣人文及社會科學引文索引資料庫」等工具。</li>
<li>另可搭配 「Turnitin 原創性比對系統」及「Symskan 文獻相似度檢索服務」，輔助檢視文字高度相似、改寫過近、引用不足或來源標示不清等問題。</li>
<li>若文獻查無明確紀錄、DOI 無法連結或內容與主張不符，可要求學生補交檢索截圖、出版社頁面、PDF 首頁、引用來源紀錄或 EndNote Library；即使文獻確實存在，也仍須回到原文確認引用是否真正支持學生的論點。</li>
</ol>

<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>合先敘明，這不是 Facebook 備份教學</strong></span></p>
<p>這不是一篇教你如何下載 Facebook 資料的操作文，更不是要鼓勵大家把個人資料隨便交出去，而是思考一個傳播與科技研究裡越來越重要的問題：</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>當研究者想研究社群媒體使用行為時，資料到底可以怎麼來？</strong></span></p>
<p>Keusch 等人（2024）討論的 <strong>data donation</strong>，正是這個問題下的一種解方。它不是 Facebook 專屬，而是一種透過使用者本人，把社群平台允許匯出的數位足跡下載下來，再交給研究者分析的資料蒐集方式。</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>我們都留下數位足跡，但研究者不一定拿得到</strong></span></p>
<p>由使用者與數位系統互動留下的行為紀錄，就是所謂的 <strong>Digital Traces</strong>，也就是數位足跡；對傳播與科技研究來說，社群媒體資料很誘人，像是Facebook 可能保存某些世代的社交記憶，而Instagram 更接近日常影像展示，另外 X 可能是公共議題與即時評論的現場，LinkedIn 則偏向職涯網絡與專業身分經營；雖然 Keusch 等人的研究以 Facebook 為例，但放回傳播與科技研究現場，不同平台其實代表不同型態的數位生活</p>
<p>但問題是：在不同平台留下的資料，不代表研究者有辦法拿到，使用者雖有使用歷程，卻也不代表研究者能合法、完整地使用。</p>
<p>過往許多社群媒體研究會仰賴問卷，而不是直接取得數位足跡，直接透過線上問卷詢問使用者：「你一天使用社群媒體多久？」但 Keusch 等人指出，這類自陳資料( self-report )會讓受訪者承擔回憶負擔，而且使用者對使用時間與頻率的估計，常常和較客觀的行為資料不一致，這種回憶負擔多少會產生誤差，就像詢問研究生：「你這週真的讀了幾小時文獻？」大家都會回答，但答案裡通常混合了一點記憶模糊、一點自我安慰，還有一點求生意志。</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>真正的問題不是有沒有資料，而是資料怎麼來</strong></span></p>
<p>社群媒體研究不是沒有資料，而是資料常常被平台關在裡面；透過問卷可以問態度、背景與自我認知，但使用時間可能有所誤差；API 可以讓研究者從平台取得結構化資料，但平台可以限制、關閉或改變規則，讓研究設計產生限制與不確定性。<strong>追蹤器 ( tracker )</strong> 則可以被動記錄使用行為，但安裝意願、隱私疑慮與樣本偏誤都會跟著出現。</p>
<p>Keusch 等人也提到，社群平台近年越來越限制 API；Facebook API 在 Cambridge Analytica 事件後中止，X ( 原Twitter ) 與 Reddit 的 API 政策變動，也讓許多研究者更難取得資料。至於追蹤器，雖然可以持續記錄行為，但許多使用者對安裝追蹤工具有隱私疑慮，低參與意願也可能造成偏誤。</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>這時候，data donation 提供了一條不同路徑。</strong></p>
<p>不是研究者直接向平台要資料，也不是在使用者裝置上偷偷裝追蹤器，而是請使用者自己向平台下載關於自己的資料，再在知情同意下分享給研究者；換句話說，資料取得的路徑從「平台中心」稍微轉向「使用者中心」。</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>Data Donation </strong><strong>是什麼：把平台資料抽屜打開一點</strong></span></p>
<p>data donation 的基本概念不難理解，也就是使用者向平台請求自己的資料副本，通常稱為 <strong>Data Download Packages</strong>，簡稱 DDPs。下載後，使用者再把這些資料包交給研究者，研究者便能把它和問卷資料或其他資料連結起來分析。</p>
<p>Keusch 等人指出，這種方法的優點，是研究者不必完全依賴平台 API，也可能取得追蹤器不容易觀察到的平台內使用行為資料；同時，使用者也比被動追蹤器更能控制自己分享哪些資料；這裡需要澄清：data donation 並不是打開整座平台資料倉庫。它比較像是平台允許使用者打開某個「資料抽屜」，再由使用者決定要不要把抽屜裡的東西交給研究者。</p>
<p>因此，data donation 雖然比問卷更接近行為資料，但它不是平台內部資料庫的完整原始資料。研究者拿到的，是平台允許使用者下載、整理、打包後輸出的資料。平台怎麼分類、提供哪些欄位、排除哪些內容，都會影響研究者最後看到的數位足跡。</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>以 Facebook 為例：Keusch 等人怎麼做？</strong></span></p>
<p>Keusch 等人的研究，就是用 Facebook 來示範 data donation 這種方法；研究者透過德國的一個線上受訪者樣本庫，邀請符合條件的 Facebook 使用者參與研究；受訪者先回答關於 Facebook 使用行為、一般信任、對大學研究者與 Facebook 的信任，以及隱私顧慮等問題。最後共有 913 位受訪者進入 data donation 分析樣本。</p>
<p>接著，研究者請參與者下載兩種 Facebook DDP；第一種是帳號登入時間資訊；第二種是 Facebook 根據使用者行為判定的興趣主題。參與者下載資料包後，還需要把研究提供的代碼加到檔名，再上傳到資料捐贈平台，讓研究者可以把 Facebook 資料和問卷資料連結起來。</p>
<p>這裡真正值得思考的，不是「Facebook 使用者到底多願意幫忙」，而是：</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>研究者如何設計一條資料路徑，讓平台裡的使用痕跡，可以在使用者同意下，轉化為可分析、可連結、可檢查的研究資料？</strong></p>
<p>這比單純問「你有沒有用 Facebook」更進一步。研究者想看的，不只是使用者怎麼描述自己，而是平台實際留下了哪些關於使用者的紀錄。</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>願意，不等於資料真的到手</strong></span></p>
<p>data donation 最容易被誤會的地方，是以為受訪者只要按下「同意」，研究者就能順利拿到資料；Keusch 等人的研究剛好提醒我們：同意只是第一關。在 913 位符合資格者中，有 725 位表示願意捐出 Facebook 資料，約 79%。但最後只有 345 位成功捐出至少一個可連結的資料包，也就是願意者中的 48%。在有填寫未完成原因的受訪者中，超過八成提到下載 DDP、解壓縮，或上傳到捐贈平台時遇到技術問題。</p>
<p>這段結果並非「大家不夠熱心」，它真正的意義是：Data Donation 研究不能只問誰願意，還要問誰真的完成、誰在流程中消失，以及這些消失的人會不會讓研究資料產生偏誤。</p>
<p>不過，這也不代表 data donation 一定會造成嚴重偏誤。Keusch 等人發現，成功捐贈者與未捐贈者在自陳 Facebook 使用頻率上沒有明顯差異；至少在這個指標上，data donation 並沒有只留下重度使用者。但偏誤是否嚴重，仍取決於研究者想測量什麼。使用頻率、政治內容接觸、私訊行為或平台推薦痕跡，面對的偏誤風險不會完全相同。</p>
<p>這裡還有一個有趣的小轉折：對 Facebook 信任較低的人，並不是更願意捐資料；但在已經表示願意之後，反而更可能完成捐贈。作者推測，這些使用者可能更想知道 Facebook 到底保存了哪些關於自己的資料。不過，這是否適用於其他平台，仍需要後續研究檢驗。</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>Data Donation </strong><strong>是方法，不是魔法</strong></span></p>
<p>data donation 最有意思的地方，不是它終於讓研究者拿到 Facebook 資料；而是它提醒我們：數位足跡資料不是自然流進研究者硬碟的。它經過平台紀錄、使用者同意、資料可攜制度、平台匯出格式、研究流程設計、隱私保護與偏誤檢查，最後才變成研究材料。</p>
<p>所以，data donation 不是研究捷徑。它比較像一種方法上的折衷：當問卷記不準、API 不一定開門、追蹤器又可能讓研究對象怕爆時，研究者改從使用者端出發，請使用者把平台允許匯出的資料帶出來。</p>
<p>但研究者也必須老實交代：這些資料從哪個平台來？平台允許匯出什麼？哪些資料沒有被匯出？誰願意參與？誰真的完成？誰在流程中消失？</p>

<p>The Library occupies Floors 1–3 of the Library and Information and Research Building. It has a total area of 8,687 square meters and officially opened in May 2006.</p>
