服務內容| About the Program

為支持本校研究人員投稿Open Access（OA）期刊，提高文章能見度與提升個人學術影響力，國立陽明交通大學與 Wiley出版社簽訂 轉型協議，凡於2024年至2027年投稿至出Wiley版社的混合型（Hybrid）期刊，可免付期刊論文處理費（Article Processing Charge, APC），歡迎多加利用！

To support OA publishing, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University has entered into a transformative agreement with Wiley. Under this agreement, articles published in Wiley’s hybrid journals between 2024 and 2027 are exempt from Article Processing Charges (APCs). Researchers are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to enhance their academic impact.

符合投稿優惠條件| Eligibility

  1. 通訊作者必須為陽明交通大學所屬機構人員。
    The corresponding author must be an affiliated member of NYCU.
  2. 文章被接受日期（Accepted Date）介於2024/1/1-2027/12/31期間。
    The manuscript must be accepted between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2027.

服務內容| About the Program

為支持本校研究人員以 Open Access 形式發表研究成果，提升文章能見度與國際學術影響力，國立陽明交通大學圖書館與 Wiley 出版社合作，提供本校通訊作者於投稿 Wiley Gold Open Access（Fully Open Access）期刊時，可享文章處理費（Article Processing Charge, APC）2% 折扣優惠，歡迎符合資格之研究人員多加利用。

To support Open Access publishing, NYCU Library has partnered with Wiley to provide a 2% APC discount for eligible corresponding authors publishing in Wiley Gold Open Access (Fully OA) journals.

The following are part of the normal payment process:

2027 年期刊轉型異動說明

部分 Wiley Hybrid 期刊將於 2027 年轉為 Fully Open Access。依本校現行 Wiley 轉型協議之 flipped journals 過渡條款，相關期刊至 2027 年 12 月 31 日前仍比照 Hybrid 期刊處理；符合通訊作者、文章接受日期、文章類型及期刊資格等條件者，得申請使用本校 TA 出版額度支應 APC，惟仍以當年度額度尚可使用為前提。

此類期刊之經費申請可能於投稿階段即送交圖書館審核，但文章須於 2027 年 12 月 31 日前獲接受並完成相關出版程序，始能正式使用額度；若文章至 2028 年才獲接受，將不再適用本期 TA，並改依屆時的 Fully OA 出版方案、適用清單及 APC 費率辦理。實際資格以 Wiley 系統、最新期刊清單及本校合約規定為準。

Update on Wiley Journals Flipping to Fully Open Access in 2027

Some Wiley hybrid journals will transition to Fully Open Access in 2027. Under the flipped journals provision of NYCU’s current Wiley Transformational Agreement, these journals will continue to be treated as hybrid journals through 31 December 2027. Eligible articles may apply for APC coverage under the agreement, subject to author affiliation, acceptance date, eligible article type, journal eligibility, and the availability of the institutional article allocation.

Funding requests for these journals may be submitted to the Library at the time of manuscript submission. However, the article must be accepted by 31 December 2027 and complete the required publication procedures before the allocation can be used. Articles accepted in 2028 will no longer be covered by the current agreement and will be processed according to the Fully Open Access program, eligible journal list, and APC applicable at that time. Final eligibility is determined by Wiley’s system, current journal lists, and the terms of NYCU’s agreement.
